Fedrigoni Group forges an industrial partnership with Mohawk

Fedrigoni group generated strong results in the 1st half of 2022, that confirm our ability to navigate a delicate context and prove our solidity. The agreement with Mohawk will allow Fedrigoni to produce and distribute high value papers directly in the US, a market that the Group intends to cover even better. The commitment to follow sustainable policies at every stage of the production process constitutes a further element of cooperation between the two companies.Mohawk owns Crane, which, like Fabriano, produces Arts, Drawing and Stationery products that inspire consumers to draw, paint and writte on some of the most beautiful papers in the world. Together, Fabriano and Crane, will actively participate in this new collaboration and will mutually explore opportunities to grow market share.

Bain Capital Private Equity and BC Partners, leading global private investment firms, have signed an agreement to enter into joint ownership of Fedrigoni.
Together with Bain Capital, since 2018 the Fedrigoni Group has carried out an ambitious transformation journey on product portfolio, geographic footprint, go-to-market, operating model, culture, governance, and sustainability.
We are thrilled to begin this new chapter in Fedrigoni’s growth story by having at our side two relevant investors and partners who will support our further global expansion over the next 5 years.

Since 1971 FABRIANO has been known in Italy and abroad thanks to the iconic logo created by the designer Carlo Cattaneo: from today, that same logo has been revived thanks to a skilful and careful revision by Pentragram, an important international design studio with based in London, New York, Austin and Berlin.
